About 25 years ago, I was at a crossroad with my herbal education.....

Mary now owns and operates Farmacy Herbs Community Health Center in Providence, RI. She opened this retail herb shop/herbal education center in 2008. She runs a 5 acre medicinal herb farm in West Greenwich, RI.
Mary holds a teaching associate position at Brown University Medical School, where she instructs Western Herbalism to the Integrative Resident Program. In 2006, she developed the Herbal Foundations Certificate Program, which she has successfully run twice a year since its inception, training over 1,000 students. Her programs emphasize herbal medicine, health justice, and nutritional healing.
Mary is the author of Herbal Essentials & Herbal League.
In 2012, Mary directed and co-produced "Herbal Aide" documentary with Kim Andrade.
Since 2001, Mary has taught herbalism and farming at various local businesses, hospitals, events, universities, high schools, nursing homes, elementary schools, conferences, and for special interest groups and non-profits, locally and around the world. She has been a distinguished teacher at the New England Women’s Conference and the International Herb Symposium since 2009. Mary has been a guest speaker at the 2012 USDA Women in Agriculture Conference and the 2013 United Nations Council on Women.
In 2019 Mary and her co-defendants won the landmark Fire Cider trademark battle.

A: No, the classes are all pre-recorded. You can join one of Mary Blue's live classes CLICK here.
Q: How long will I have access to the program?
A: Two years guaranteed.
Q: What is the certificate I will receive?
A: There is no legal licensure or standardized education protocols among western herbal schools. Each program invents its own standards. This is not the same as receiving a “license” nor does the certificate of completion allow the certificate holder to claim they are a “certified herbalist”. The certificate of completion means that you completed this course. This does not certify you as a “master herbalist”, or even a “certified herbalist”. This program is designed to give students in-depth personal training in Western Herbalism and herbal medicine making.
Q: How to I request my money back?

Q: Is there any homework or research assignments due?
No. There are suggested medicine making projects, but they are not required to be handed in.
